New customer administration interface

In the next few days, we’ll be putting the new Altospam and MailOut administration interface into production. The customer administration interface has been completely rewritten and the design revised, with the aim of providing you with a more pleasant, airy, dynamic, fast and functional tool.

For the sake of simplicity and to save you time, we’ve kept the general organization very close to the previous interface, so you won’t get lost. Functionalities have been harmonized between Altospam and MailOutWith this in mind, we’ve taken over the interesting features of MailOut that weren’t present in Altospam (e.g. statistics for an address and statistics summary table) and vice versa (e.g. ranking page and log search functions).

The system of global and detailed statistics, in histogram form with scroll bar, has been added to the statistics pages. We have also extended log consultation on both services to 30 days. In addition, multilingualism is integrated into the interface by default, so that all the functions of the French interface can be found in the English version or on the interface of white-label customers.

An administrator management system has been set up. This allows you to share the management of your account between several administrators by defining rights for each one. An administrator can also become the manager of several separate accounts, allowing you to give rights to an external service provider independently.

Independently of the visual aspects of Altospam and MailOut, the engine is improved on a daily basis. We integrate new rules or modify filters as soon as we receive feedback from our customers or our spam pots (specific e-mail addresses for receiving spam, enabling us to directly test the quality of our services and take immediate action in the event of an attack). At the end of June, new innovative technologies were deployed to further enhance the performance of our systems, and others are currently being studied.
